Requirement :

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology of HR Management

2. Minimum 4 years of work experience in manpower planning & recruitment, learning & development and performance management areas

3. Understand the process of creating competencies and matrices

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

5. Process a good understanding of current employment law and HR best practise

6. Have experience to doing job grading

7. Willing to be placed in Cikande and can join as soon as possible

8. Coordinate and-to-end recruitment processes

9. Develop organizational development needs (organizational Structure, Job Analysis, Job Profile, Job Description, etc)
